Sharing Chris Armitage's Excellent Essay on Consolidated Framework for Defense of Democracy
I’ve been reading most of Chris Armitage’s essays for about 14 or 15 months. He has consolidated everything into an easy to understand framework. He recommends expanding mass protest in defense of democracy into mass boycotting and strikes, as I’ve been recommending in my Port Dorchester related writing. Chris’ article & references are well worth saving and reading through.
It’s a relatively long article due to it’s comprehensive consolidation of 4 categories of research and analysis on authoritarianism and defense of democracy and decency. Reading through, it seems everybody will see ways they can make good use of this info in their town, city, or state.
